If you have an insurance plan I am not in-network with:
Many plans will reimburse for out-of-network sessions, please check with your provider. I can supply you with an invoice to submit, but can not guarantee your reimbursement. Deductibles, co-insurance and co-pays must be paid at time of service. Cash, HSA and credit cards accepted.
